Do you really come to me?
Yes. We travel throughout Northern Michigan to homes, offices, title companies, hospitals, care facilities and coffee shops. Tell us where is easiest and we will meet you there.
Can you notarize outside normal business hours?
We are available 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. Late and last-minute closings are a large part of what we do.
What do I need to bring?
A current, government-issued photo ID such as a driver license, state ID, passport or military ID, and the complete unsigned document. Do not sign it ahead of time. The signature has to happen in front of the notary.
What does it cost?
Michigan law sets the maximum fee for a notarial act at $10 per signature. Travel to your location is quoted separately based on distance and time of day, and we confirm the full amount before we book, so there are no surprises.
Can you provide witnesses?
Some documents require one or two witnesses in addition to the notary. Mention it when you call and we will tell you exactly what your document needs and help arrange witnesses when possible.
Can you tell me which document I need or how to fill it out?
A notary public verifies identity and witnesses signatures. We cannot draft documents, choose forms or give legal advice. If your paperwork needs legal guidance, an attorney should prepare it, and we will notarize it once it is ready.
